Breast augmentation is one of the most frequently performed cosmetic surgery procedures. It can give women with uneven or small breasts a firmer, fuller and better-proportioned profile through the placement of silicone gel or saline implants in the breast.
Dr. Lalla's patients elect to have a breast augmentation for many different cosmetic and medical reasons, including compensating for reduced breast mass after pregnancy or surgery, balancing breast size and correcting a breast defect. Under Dr. Lalla's expert care, women enjoy great-looking, natural-feeling breasts that are typically one cup size or larger after the cosmetic procedure.

For those men and women wishing to re-shape or enlarge their buttocks and have discovered that diet or exercise are not enough to make a marked improvement, buttock implants may be the solution. Gluteal implants come in a variety of sizes and shapes and are made of soft silicone, which provides a firm and smooth, yet natural feel. They are placed away from the bony areas on which you sit for maximum comfort.
The buttock augmentation procedure lasts approximately two hours and is performed under general anesthesia. Inconspicuous incisions are made in the crease between the buttocks. It can be performed with liposuction or some other body sculpting procedure for a more dramatic change in contour.
The Brazil Butt Lift, named in honor of the country in which it was developed, is a type of buttock augmentation in which the patient's own fat is used as opposed to silicone implants. This cosmetic surgery procedure involves two steps: First, the patient's own fat is collected through liposuction from the lower back, flanks (love handles), waist, thighs or stomach depending on where there is a collection of fat. This not only provides the raw material for buttock enhancement, it also contours the areas around the butt for a more dramatic result. The liposuctioned fat is then purified in a special process so that the best fat is ready to be reintroduced back into the body.
In the second step, the purified fat is added to the buttocks at different depths with hundreds of tiny injections to ensure an even, attractive augmentation. This method of fat injection creates a shapely contour to the buttocks that lasts a long time without many of the risks and costs associated with silicone implants. Special attention is given to the upper buttocks so the entire rear looks youthfully and naturally lifted.
